Hering at the Ecobuild 2012!

The Ecobuild looks back on a phenomenal rate of growth. Since it was launched in 2005, the trade fair for sustainable building has almost doubled in size each year. From the 20th to the 22nd of March, 2012, more than 55,000 trade visitors are expected to attend at London’s ExCel Exhibition & Convention Centre.

Hering’s building construction department will be represented at the “made in Germany” joint stand no. S2831 in the South Hall (stand shared by companies based in the Federal Republic of Germany), where it will present innovative, resource-conservative façade solutions made of architectural concrete. In addition to steel-reinforced façade elements, textile-reinforced concrete façade elements are also included in the Hering product range. betoShell^® is the name of the thin-walled, textile-reinforced façade panel, which is on a par with the steel-reinforced, solid façades and provides both ecological and economical advantages for planners, architects and building constructors.

Innovation and an ecological production process have been an inherent part of the corporate philosophy by which the Hering company has lived for many years. Thus, for instance, we perform EMAS certification inspections every three years and we review our environmental goals on an annual basis.
