Award from the Federal Ministry for Labour and Social Welfare in the competition "Beschäftigung gestalten - Unternehmen zeigen Verantwortung" (Organising employment – companies show responsibility) 2007/2008

On 7/2/2008, Hering Bau GmbH & Co. KG  received the prize awarded for the category "Maintaining and improving the employability of employees“. The top-class panel of judges was impressed by the variety and clearly targeted objectives of the projects and programmes and the cooperative corporate culture of Hering Bau GmbH & Co. KG.

Quality seal AGE CERT of the Marie-Luise and Ernst Becker Foundation in Cologne

In November 2009, Hering was awarded the quality seal AGE CERT for age-appropriate personnel development of the Marie-Luise and Ernst Becker Foundation, whose registered office is in Cologne. This foundation supports the cause of health and thus a self-determined and fulfilling life being maintained in old age for as long as possible.  In connection with the certification, different aspects of age-appropriate personnel development were examined and  Hering was assessed as being exemplary. The certificate is valid until 10 November 2012.
