Certified environmental management according to EMAS
In accordance with directive no. 761/2001 (EU), the IHK Niederrhein (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Lower Rhine) attested certified environmental management for Hering Bau up until 14.10.2013.

Qualified company in accordance with the Water Resources Act
Hering Bau certified by the TÜV Rhineland/Berlin-Brandenburg as a qualified company in accordance with § 19 l of the Water Resources Act; the extension of the certificate is applied for. The status of qualified company entitles the performance of the following operations:
Production, setting up and installation of collecting trays for the storage, filling, changing, production, treatment a use of inflammable liquids and substances that are dangerous to bodies of water in the water hazard classes 1–3.
