Prequalification

Prequalification confirmation for the public sector (planning departments)    

In accordance with a decree issued by the Federal Building Administration, the various building administrations within the public sector are only allowed to consider prequalified companies with regard to single tender actions or limited tenders. The prequalification can allow the omittance of the presentation of confirmation and certificates, which are usually required when participating in open tendering procedures, because their existence is checked by the prequalification authorities.

The German Association for Qualification and Evaluation, DQB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualifizierung und Bewertung mbH - ), confirms that Hering Bau GmbH & Co. KG has been prequalified for the following range of performances, as from the 28.04.2009,
For individual performances:

• 111-02 precast concrete part work
• 111-05 steel construction work
• 112-03 constructive façade work
• 412-01 track construction work

For complete performances:

• 611-01 comprehensive construction services: New development

This prequalification is valid as long as Hering Bau GmbH & Co. KG is registered in the respective internet lists.

Approvals for DB AG (German Railway):

Following the suitability test on the 17.06.04 and extensions in 2006 and 2008, we are prequalified for the superstructure product range in the track category (roadbed superstructures) for the maximum admissible speed range I, valid until 7/2012.

We are also accordingly prequalified for the superstructure product range in the points category (roadbed superstructures) fort he maximum admissible speed range I, valid until 7/2012.

With effect from 2/11/2009, Hering is pre-qualified for the product area Earthworks – General Civil Engineering, category Construction Services for Supply and Disposal Lines as well as Cable Routing, effective until 30/11/2011.

With effect from 27/10/2009, Hering is also pre-qualified for Civil Cable Engineering and Cable Laying, effective until 31.3.2012.

Further pre-qualifications:

Registered in the corporate directory of the holding company Beteiligungsgesellschaft Kreis Düren/Rurtalbahn in the category “Railway platform construction and road construction, as well as earthworks and cable laying operations” and “rail track and bridge construction”, valid until 30.04.2012.

Registered in the connvenio online supplier database as a pre-qualified supplier, valid until 21.02.2012.

Entered in the Hessian pre-qualification register for “Supplies and services, as well as for construction services”, valid until 17.05.2012. We have been entered in the register for the following operations: Construction of railway bridges, construction of pedestrian bridges, operations concerning interurban rail traffic, light rail operations, construction of track beds, construction of level crossings, steel-reinforced concrete operations, track maintenance, track inspection.
