Quality management

Quality management in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2000 / 2008

Proof has been repeatedly provided, and the seal of approval has been awarded by GüteZert, until the 05.04.2015, that the quality management system in practice at Hering Bau complies with the respective standards that provide the entitlement to bear the DIN supervision mark.

Achilles Certificate for Hering UK LLP as “Qualified Supplier” (supplier no. 23161) for the British Railway Industry

After successfully passing the link-up-Audit, certificate no. 95220-23161/19972 was issued on the 16th of February, 2011. Validity period: Until the 26th of January, 2012.

Quality control

The precast plant has its own test centre – E, which regulates the self-monitoring of concrete building sites and prefabricated ferro-concrete products.


Certifications by Güteschutz Beton NRW (Concrete Quality Protection Norh Rhine-Westphalia)

Güteschutz Beton NRW provides continuous monitoring, thus, allowing the entitlement to bear the EC mark of conformity and German mark of conformity (CE- and Ü - Übereinstimmungszeichen), incl. the regular confirmation that the conformity certificates and certificates on the company’s own production control have been awarded, that they continue to apply, and that the company is entitled to bear the marks and accordingly mark their components. 

Certification for the fulfilment of the quality protection criteria in accordance with § 27 section 2 of the Building Code of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and for the labelling of building products with the quality and conformity marks in accordance with § 25 Building Code NRW (in compliance with DIN 1045-1) and European product standards) for

The precast concrete part element production modula® has been certified since 10.05.01  in accordance with DIN 1045.


Association for monitoring in the building trade (GÜB)  
- proof of suitability of the manufacturer and user ordinance (HAVO) -:

The proof of suitability particularly certifies that we, as an executing company, are entitled to operate B2 construction sites. The Hering Bau company “has skilled employees with particular levels of expertise and experience at its disposal, as well as special equipment for the production and mounting of concrete with higher levels of strength (monitoring classes 2 and 3 concrete) and other special characteristics”.

The GÜB monitors and inspects us regularly, especially at our B2 construction sites.

The proof of suitability is a prerequisite for job orders / construction sites and facilitates the formal development of projects, and is valid until the 31.12.2013.
