Manufacturer qualification in accordance with DIN 18800-7:2008-11 Class E
(previously designated: greater aptitude certificate)

For manual arc welding, part-mechanised metal active gas welding (tMAG); stud welding using drawn arc with ceramic ring or inert gas, 783 (DS). RIL 804 limited to excavation pit construction, as well bearing and substructure constructions in accordance with module 804.9050 for auxiliary bridges.
Base materials: S235, S275, S355 in accordance with the respectively applied general building inspectorate approval Z-30.33-6 of the DIBt (German Institute of Building technology), as well as rust-resistant steels up to strength category 355. Valid until 06.07.2012.

For manual arc welding, part-mechanised metal active gas welding, (tMAG).
Base materials: BSt500S, S235, S275, S355 in accordance with the respectively applied building regulation list, as well as rust-resistant steels up to strength category S235 in accordance with the generally applied building inspectorate approval Z-30.33-6 of the DIBt (German Institute of Building technology). Valid until 31.07.12.
