Surface design
Photo concrete
An expressive photo provided by you is enlarged by Hering to the desired format and the photo concrete panel is manufactured in a series of processing steps.Matrix formwork technology / Relief concrete
Hering falls back on prefabricated matrix formwork for this or designs individually according to your requirements. A further interesting variant for processing architectural concrete is the design of the reliefs. You determine whether the relief is recessed in the panel surface or lies raised above it.
Colour variations
Coloured stone granules and pigments in the concrete mix offer, in combination with different surface finishes, almost endless design possibilities.
Acified concrete surfaces
An acidified surface is achieved if the top layer of fine mortar of the concrete surface is removed by means of an acid. In the process, Hering advises you in the selection of the granulation to be used to obtain at the end an image rich in contrast.
Abrasive blasted concrete surfaces
The abrasive blasting of concrete surfaces is a very common processing technique. In the process, the top layer of fine mortar on the hardened prefabricated part is removed with the help of a special abrasive material.
Ground concrete surfaces
Ground and polished concrete surfaces produce a very impressive aspect. 3 to 6 mm of the concrete finish is ground by means of diamond wheels and the aggregate grains are completely exposed.
Washed concrete surfaces
A washed surface is exactly what you need if you want to obtain a structured concrete surface with the dominating colour intensity of the aggregate.
Formwork smooth concrete surfaces
In this raw surface the external hardened cement paste layer influences the colour effect. The wide-ranging design possibilities mean that you can give your building its own character.
Surface protection
Hydrophobicity and the graffiti protection system provide your facade with the best-possible protection. When selecting protective systems Hering makes use of longstanding experience and knowledge gained from countless test procedures.
