Founder

Rudolf Hering is a skilled bricklayer when he founds the company Hering in 1892. Would he have believed, more than 100 years ago, that the family business Hering was going to be successful within and even beyond the European borders and that it was going to continuously strengthen its position! Without the courage and the ability to obtain people to pursue a common task, this would not have been possible.

Ernst Hering assumed control of the company in 1928, at a time of serious economic uncertainty. He studied architecture and gained the title of master builder in 1935.

Hartmut Hering studied architecture and became head of the company in 1960 until he handed over his baton in 1996.

Annette Hering graduated from her studies as an industrial engineer and today is the fourth generation to take responsibility for the company.
