National Rail Awards 2011 – British Rail Industry Award Ceremony in London

On the 15th of September, the “crème de la crème” of the British Rail Industry gathered in the “Great Room” of London’s “Grosvenor House Hotel”. 1,200 high-ranking personalities watched with excitement to see who would win the coveted awards presented at the “National Rail Awards 2011”. Hering wasn’t actually able to take home an award on this particular evening, but alone the fact that Hering UK LLP, together with London Underground / Vinci UK in regard to the “Baker Street” Project (extensive railway platform extension operations performed with modula® elements at the famous Baker Street Station, London), was nominated for the category “Civil Engineering Achievement of the Year” is a great compliment.
