Hering Automated Public Toilets are free standing units based upon a concrete modular construction with a minimum projected lifespan in excess of twenty years. The units can be placed in the locations of your choice. The design concept of the Automated Public Toilets incorporates materials that are impact and graffiti resistant whilst being easy to clean and maintain. All equipment is designed to reduce the number of moving parts and contact points to reduce the opportunity for mis-use or deliberate vandalism as well as ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and reliability. Electro magnetic door locking systems ensure total security for the user. Self cleaning functions for the toilet bowl and seat as well as the floor ensure high standards of cleanliness with minimum janitorial support. Sensor operated functions including toilet flushing, seat cleaning and hand washing reduce contact points and therefore the risk of spreading hand born bacteria.

Integration in the surrounding environment

Exteriors are available in a wide variety of materials and finishes to allow the Automated Public Toilets to be co-ordinated with the surrounding environment if required or to provide an architectural focus. All internal fitments are of high grade stainless steel with a variety of interior wall finishes available. Product details

The standard Hering CITYmatic APT’s are available in two levels of automation and a variety of sizes and configurations; custom designed units are also available to suit individual requirements upon request. Of course, all Hering APT’s are fully ADA/DDA compliant.
