Hering’s service operation services includes:

Operation

Public toilet facilities installed by Hering or that already exist, e.g. at stations, enjoy full service.

In detail this includes: maintenance, upkeep, emergency service, troubleshooting, object cleaning and provision of necessary staff, e.g. for special events. Consequently, operation is an “allround carefree package” for every client.

Furthermore, we look after city toilet facilities and car park toilet facilities as well as toilet facilities integrated into buildings offering the following services:

Cleaning

This module includes both the regular (e.g. every calendar day) intensive internal and external cleaning with pressure washing equipment as well as special cleaning operations using specific methods such as high-pressure or jet stream processes for removing graffiti, disinfection of toilet facilities and the supply of consumables.

Technical maintenance

Hering ensures the operational readiness and the durability of sanitary facilities by means of regular efficient maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules as well as electrical safety tests according to VDE and EN.

Maintenance, repairs

All repairs arising are carried out by trained specialist staff. Thanks to our emergency service and the associated quick reaction, stoppages are minimised. Hering can also assume the complete risk of the operator.

Toilet controlling

The technical service is completed by the toilet controlling service. Using remote data transmission, specific toilet facilities can be remotely monitored. This means that constant checking and evaluation of user data, cleaning data and availability are possible. Not only as a basis for the remaining services, but rather also as an important source of data for the operator of the sanitary facilities.
