Side-boarding platform for the Großschwabhausen stop station

Grossschwabhausen is a municipality in the southern part of the Weimarer Land district. In this beautiful region of Thuringia, Hering staff assembled a side-boarding platform at the Grossschwabenhausen stop station on the 20th and 21st of May. On behalf of TS Bau GmbH, Jena, the approximately 110 m long construction was assembled with the aid of 15 platform slabs. The foundations and slabs were laid during the daytime over the two days of construction. A 120 tonne mobile crane was used for unloading and mounting operations.
