The first “PWC” car park toilet facility for Austria goes to Styria

In July 2009, we received our first order to build a “PWC” car park toilet facility in Austria. The toilet facility is located at the Kaiserwald motorway service area along the A2 southbound autobahn. It is designed as a 4 room toilet facility with 1 men’s WC cabin, 1 lady’s WC cabin, 1 WC cabin for handicapped persons and a urinal room with 2 urinals. An exposed concrete façade with a board structure design was chosen as the exterior façade. To the great satisfaction of all parties concerned, the toilet facility was put into operation on the 9th of September 2009.

During the course of expanding the motorway service area, 150 lorry parking spaces were developed in order to provide resting areas for lorry drivers.

This facility constitutes Herings first point of reference along Austria’s autobahn. We hope to be able to build many more “PWC” car park toilet facilities along Austria’s autobahns in the future.
