The introductory session not only brought new faces together but also revealed surprising commonalities. During an exercise called the “ABC of good teamwork,” the apprentices collected words that reflect strong collaboration – from A for Appreciation to Z for Cohesion.
A true highlight was the group work. In small teams, the apprentices built stable bridges out of simple materials – a challenge that required not only craftsmanship, but above all communication, creativity, and teamwork. The results were impressive: every bridge was unique, and each solution was proof of the group’s diversity and strength.
The workshop concluded with an evaluation of team roles: Who naturally takes the lead? Who brings in good energy? Who keeps the overview? This reflection helped participants identify their own strengths while deepening their understanding of one another.
The takeaway: The Apprentice Workshop 2025 was more than just a training – it was an experience that connected, motivated, and inspired everyone for the shared future at HERING. We are already looking forward to next year!
