Ceremonial delivery of the universal tamping machine

For mechanical work related to the maintenance and repair or new construction of tracks and track switches, the Hering group uses the rail-mounted heavy machine technology of the Deutsche Gleisbau Union GmbH & Co. KG as partner.

All the more gratifying is the news that the DGU accepted delivery of a brand-new universal tamping machine type Unimat 09-4x4 / 4S on 17 January 2018. This was ceremonially given to Dipl.-Ing. Lüder Gerdtz, the CEO of the DGU, by Johannes Max-Theurer (Plasser & Theurer).
