EMAS 2018 - Hering has been revalidated!

Hering's locations in Burbach and Sabrodt along with their environment-management systems were subjected to a three-day audit based on the new EMAS regulation, which will introducing significant changes over the old regulation, from 13 to 15 August.

The audit also examined whether Hering's sites meet the requirements set out in the new Gewerbeabfallverordnung (Industrial Waste Ordinance) and the Verordnung über Anlagen zum Umgang mit wassergefährdenden Stoffen (AwSV – Ordinance on Installations Handling Substances Hazardous to Water).

All Hering locations were revalidated!
