A particular challenge was the limited time available for assembly. Due to the breaks in the BE area, both assemblies had to be completely pre-assembled in order to carry out the work efficiently and quickly.
In addition, the large distance between the BE area and the final installation locations posed a further technical challenge. The staircase enclosure had to be lifted over a distance of 39 meters. The media bridge even had to be transported over a distance of 52 m. Due to these enormous distances, a 450-ton crane was used to lift the assemblies safely over the overhead lines onto the central platform.
These demanding crane logistics required maximum precision and close cooperation between all those involved.
