At the Lotsenhof, we planned, manufactured, and delivered a textile concrete facade using our betoShell®FLEX40 system. In the lower part of the building, 507 facade panels were installed over an area of 639 m². The combination of a matrix structure and colored concrete in various shades of gray created a lively, elegant facade effect that underscores the architectural quality of the project.
We also opted for a customized design at the Fischerhof: Here, we manufactured 205 reinforced concrete balustrade elements for a total area of 553 m². The surface was also given a matrix structure, combined with a striking red coloration of the concrete. The balconies thus characterize the appearance of the building and make a strong architectural statement.
Both projects show how innovative surface designs and color concepts, combined with our many years of experience, lead to tailor-made facade solutions that combine functionality and design.
