A civil works project for the maintenance of the rail infrastructure at Frankfurt’s Main Station contained three distinct phases; parts of all three were jointly undertaken by Hering Bahn- und Ingenieurbau.
The first part of the project involved the renovation of a two-sided double turn-out, a peculiarity among turn-outs. The second part involved the refurbishment of the supporting blocks of the tracks. The third and last of these parts consisted of track renewal.
All three parts were brought to a successful conclusion on schedule in the period from 03.06.2016 to 27.06.2016.
