HERING has once again been awarded the “Training Quality Seal”, successfully completing the re-certification following its initial audit in 2022 and achieving the A-level for the second time. The award once again confirms the high quality and future-oriented approach of HERING’s training and apprenticeship programs.
Successful Re-certification with Positive Overall Result
As part of the re-certification process, HERING first presented the key developments of recent years. Particular emphasis was placed on the creation of an additional position in training coordination, further strengthening and professionalizing the company’s approach to developing young talent. This was followed by a company tour, during which the auditors visited various training facilities and engaged directly with trainers, training managers and apprentices. A final Q&A session concluded the audit day, resulting in a consistently positive overall assessment.
Recognition as Both Confirmation and Motivation
The renewed award of the “Training Quality Seal” confirms the high standards and strong commitment to training at HERING. At the same time, it serves as motivation to continuously enhance training quality and to introduce new ideas and initiatives.
