Innovative Partnership for Large-Format betoShell®-Panels

The demand for modern, sustainable, and large-format facade elements continues to grow. Together with Holcim, HERING Architectural Concrete is rising to meet this challenge by expanding its product portfolio: Effective immediately, even larger facade panels can be realized – thanks to the innovative betoShell®CPC40 precast elements.

While Holcim supplies the high-performance precast elements reinforced with carbon, HERING Architectural Concrete is responsible for the planning and installation of the facade systems. This strategic partnership allows us to offer larger formats than ever before, unlocking exciting new architectural possibilities.

betoShell®CPC40 – Lightweight, Durable, and Future-Proof

At just 4 cm thin, these concrete elements with carbon reinforcement impress not only with their strength and crack resistance, but also with their exceptional durability of over 100 years. Designed for resource-efficient construction, they offer a wide range of design options – from classic panel shapes to customized cuts and surface finishes using CNC technology. The concrete elements can be produced in sizes of up to 10 m².

More Flexibility for Architects and Developers

Thanks to the new partnership with Holcim, HERING can now offer even more versatile solutions for future-oriented building projects. These ventilated curtain wall facades can be installed quickly and efficiently. Additionally, Holcim's CPC technology holds DIBt approval, comes with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), and is Cradle to Cradle Bronze certified.

The combination of Holcim’s advanced precast elements and HERING’s planning and installation expertise creates a high-performance solution for modern facade projects – innovative, durable, and available in impressive dimensions.
