Four new structures, Buildings 14 to 17 with a total area of about 5,400 m² were cased in white precast concrete parts; the surface was acidified and treated with a water-repellent agent. In the areas of the building projections, the counter-ceilings were made with betoShell®CLASSIC with the same appearance, which covers another 700 m².
The buildings will be used by the administrative departments of the globally operating biotech group, the Sartorius AG, starting immediately. On the same site section, the so-called "Sartorius Campus", in the frame of the 2020 master plan of the Bünemann & Collegen architectural offices new structures for production and logistics as well as a company day-care centre and a car park are being developed.
