The modernization of the Hanau transport station reaches another milestone: after four years of intensive construction work, during which platforms, platform roofs, staircases, and elevators were built, the focus now turns to the 180-meter-long pedestrian underpass. In collaboration with the city of Hanau and a design team, the underpass is being redesigned. In August, PU wall tiles and flooring were installed to sustainably enhance the appearance. We don't want to withhold the first results from you.
The renovation work is proceeding according to plan, and the entire underpass is scheduled for completion by May 2025.
