New staff toilet at the railway station in Henstedt-Ulzburg

Bus drivers usually have a tightly scheduled bus timetable to stick to. Having to go to the toilet is no easy endeavour, particularly as there is usually a lack of toilets nearby. The township of Henstedt-Ulzburg is putting a stop to that now and is investing in new toilet facilities HERING Sanikonzept GmbH.

The new sanitary solution at the AKN railway station Henstedt-Ulzburg has separate toilet facilities solely for employees of Verkehrsbetriebe Hamburg-Holstein (VHH). In addition, the building comprises a further area that is intended for use by the public. It is barrier-free as per DIN 18040-1 and also has a baby changing area. Both of the unisex cubicles have a toilet, a urinal and a hand wash basin.
