From March 17 to 22, we had the opportunity to present our training program at a school in Prizren/Kosovo and engage in valuable conversations with the school leadership, teachers, and students about career prospects.
Through a series of presentations, we informed the students about the advantages of dual vocational training and the wide range of career opportunities available at HERING. Discussions with teachers helped us gain a deeper understanding of local expectations and requirements, laying the groundwork for a sustainable partnership. We also spoke with former students to gain insights into their experiences after graduation.
One key focus of our visit was the promotion of language skills. In collaboration with the teaching staff, we discussed targeted measures to improve the students’ German proficiency – a crucial step toward successfully entering vocational training programs in Germany.
The overwhelmingly positive feedback and the strong interest from the students affirm our commitment to supporting young talent and future professionals. We look forward to continuing and expanding our collaboration with the school to help open new career paths for young people.
