A total of 25 employees from different departments met regularly in this way over recent months and took part in a total of 12 different interactive workshops, which were conducted by internal as well as external speakers. In addition to content from the company and ideas from individual departments, other topics such as personnel management, digitisation and time management were also discussed.
The series of seminars not only provided junior staff with a better understanding of their colleagues' activities and general procedures and processes within the company but also enabled them to further develop their own skills and capabilities. The U-30 series of seminars was rounded off with a barbecue at which all participants and speakers were able to review the event.
