The Eisenbahntage 2024 (Railway Days) were held in Chemnitz from 17 to 18 June 2024 under the auspices of the VDEI’s Technical Committee.
It was here, against the backdrop of Saxony’s Railway Museum, that we were able to present our track-foundation-laying train to an interested audience from the fields of safety engineering, track superstructure and structural engineering. We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank the VDEI Academy again for supporting us in the realisation and execution of the presentation.
Many contacts were made and interesting discussions about ‘foundations’ and ‘heavy-duty machines’ were also held.
The weather gods were kind to us and bathed the largely outdoor event in the best of weathers from Monday afternoon.
