Welcome to Team HERING – Apprenticeship Start 2025

On August 1, we welcomed 15 new apprentices to HERING as they began their professional journeys. They are starting in a wide range of professions and departments – from administration, IT, and the technical office to maintenance, workshop, warehouse, and production.

Tradition with team spirit

As in previous years, the very first day was planned and organised by last year’s apprentices – a great example of community spirit and personal responsibility at HERING.

A day full of new impressions

Following a warm welcome from the management board and the training team, everyone enjoyed a shared breakfast, providing the perfect opportunity for new apprentices to get to know their second-year peers. A guided tour of the HERING campus followed, introducing many interesting stations across the company. Engaging team activities rounded off the day, bringing fun and strengthening the sense of togetherness – fully in line with the HERING spirit.

A perfect start into a new chapter

The first day was a complete success and, we hope, made for a smooth start into this exciting new stage of life. Our heartfelt thanks go to the second-year apprentices for their dedicated organisation. We look forward to a successful time together with our new VonMorgenWerkers.
