The building, which with its small-scale rental space is geared in particular to the needs of such freelance professions as lawyers, notaries, auditors, tax consultants, doctors, physiotherapists, engineers and architects, was built on Konrad-Zuse-Platz during the first half of 2012. This building was not only intended to satisfy the demand for rental space at Bonner Bogen, but also to round off the range of services that are available there.
HERING produced, supplied and installed the concrete façade for this project. The curtain wall was given a smooth white finish. The transoms and mullions were joined together during production to create a comb element.
