Washed concrete finishes

You’d like a textured concrete finish in the colour intensity of the aggregate? Then washed finishes are just the thing for your project.

Contact retarders are used during the production of this finish to prevent the cement slurry from hardening on the concrete surface. The surface that hasn’t cured is ‘washed off’ using a water jet. That creates a sandstone-like finish on the concrete.
