The increasing demand for affordable housing for various population groups currently requires the development of new building areas and the construction of additional apartments in Jena to improve the housing market situation. In the northeast of the city, as part of the "Jena Erlenhoefe" project, our transparent noise protection facade was used.

More peace with the Urban Protection Shield® noise protection facade

For this project, GOLDBECK Ost GmbH used our transparent noise protection facade Urban Protection Shield^® to protect future residents from noise pollution caused by the adjacent federal road. The facade installation was successfully completed within one week. A total of eight glass elements, five supports, eight crossbars, and an 11-meter-long beam were installed.
