Reference project Foundation Construction Train: Major project Stuttgart 21 – Bad Cannstatt

The company was commissioned with the installation of the foundations for 16 signal brackets by Leonhard Weiss in Bad Cannstatt. A total of 18 bored piles (DN 880) in lengths ranging from six to 22 metres are being driven into the ground to this end with the help of the latest boring technology that the track-mounted carrier provides. All 18 piles – both in the embankment and railway cut – were successfully installed during the project period.

The track-foundation-laying train uses special set-up procedures and tool logistics while delivering high foundation performances, quality and speed to adapt special civil-engineering procedures for the railway sector and guarantees the sustainable, safe and cost-effective implementation of projects.
