The project aims to combine a prime location with good transport links while, at the same time, enabling a life lived in harmony with nature. The noise-abatement system that HERING has developed in conjunction with KOHLHAUER has been deployed with other solutions to put this idea into practice.
The Urban Protection Shield® harmoniously complements the modern and environmentally aware facility and guarantees even more peace and quiet. The noise barrier’s height of around 14 metres and width of 18.5 metres meant that its installation also represented an exciting and demanding challenge.
