The installed roofing is a special design based on our PALYO® roof type, which was adapted to the look and geometry of the roofed elevator. PALYO® is one of our roofs for public spaces. One of its key features is its versatility where roof shapes, roof pitches and supports positioning are concerned. The PALYO® system also stands out for its filigree and transparent design with slim profiles and mostly invisible screw connections.
The canopies were successfully installed at the Alt-Moabit, Kriminalgericht, Lübecker Straße and U-Turmstraße stops for the purpose of offering passengers shelter from the elements. The roofing extends across a total area of around 200 square metres.
The project was completed in August 2023. We think it looks great!
