HERING Management GmbH wins gold status with EcoVadis

We did it! – HERING Management GmbH made the jump from silver (in 2018) to gold in this year’s EcoVadis rating.

We’re now listed among the top 5% of companies rated by EcoVadis with 66 out of a maximum possible 100 points for our corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance. That means that HERING also ranks well above the industrial average. We’re proud of this great recognition of our sustainability strategy.

By working with the EcoVadis Scorecard and the Gold Seal, we’re hoping to make our performances transparent – they enable suppliers, customers, business partners and stakeholders to see what we’re doing and follow our continuous environmental, social and ethical improvements.

EcoVadis is an independent and globally active provider of sustainability ratings. It continuously assesses and monitors CSR management and the progress that companies are making in the fields of labour and human rights, ethics as well as sustainable procurement and the environment. The criteria are based on international CSR standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact and ISO 26000.
