The 26th rail & fresh WC was opened at the end of October in the Bonn railway station. After a very tightly scheduled construction phase, the toilet system began operation on time.
The new toilet system is equipped with everything that defines the premium rail & fresh concept: three bright and well-designed men’s and women’s rooms with 3 stalls, 3 urinals, newly designed disinfection spray, defibrillator, shoe shining machine, Qualitize customer evaluation programme, etc.
Even cashless payments are now possible at our new access terminals. With the partner (Najax), the machines were upgraded and customers can now also pay using their credit card.
The customer then receives a voucher that is honoured at many of the retailers at the railway station, or upon their next visit to a rail & fresh facility.
