The aim is to create a contemporary office area with 12,000 square metres of floor space. HAC was commissioned within this framework to realise the design, production, delivery and installation of more than 325 façade elements made of reinforced concrete. The façade area totals around 3,800 square metres. The architectural designs were provided by Fischer Architekten.
The installation of an impressive 320 façade elements was largely completed in February. Another five sections are to be installed in April. The project is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in 2025.
