Reference project noise protection: Track section Erfurt - Ilmenau

Along this track section train speeds reach 300 km/h, which means that the protective barriers are subject to the highest static and dynamic loads. With an ancillary offer for the anchoring of the pillars – an innovative and previously never constructed pillar anchoring system – Hering was able to win the bid.

Even the protected acoustic shielding unit developed by Hering Bau and used as a lower end to the bridge cap, was constructed here for the first time.
